This roast goes just beyond of full city roast to bring out more roast flavor and allow speckles of oil on the surface of the bean. This roasts out subtle amounts of caffeine and adds a slight carbon flavor.
TASTING NOTES: Full bodied, with hints of chocolate and caramel. Slightly muted acidity.
